3. Google Ads and Google API Services
As a managed-service agency, Moesia accesses and manages Google Ads accounts on behalf of clients who have explicitly authorized us to do so, including through the Google Ads API and a Google Ads manager (MCC) account.
Moesia's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy (developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy), including its Limited Use requirements. We access Google advertising data solely to provide, maintain, and improve the advertising services our clients have requested.
We do not use this data for advertising of our own, do not sell it, and do not share it with third parties except as necessary to deliver the service, with your consent, or as required by law. Clients retain ownership of and access to their own accounts and data at all times.
4. Cookies and analytics
We use essential cookies and aggregate analytics to operate and improve the website. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect some site functionality.
5. Sharing and third parties
